In order to describe the shipment technique that Carlton London applies, some criteria are followed to bring the product that you ordered to your doorstep.

Shipping locations

Carlton London will deliver to major destinations in India; however, there might be some areas in which we are unable to offer our services because of the delivery limitations. Considering the fact that the logistics are still in a very delicate status we progress in updating the serviceable pincodes. 

We even provide service to a lot of the unserviceable pin codes and regions. In addition, the only available payment option is the prepayment option. 

Shipping Method:

Carlton London always uses recognized courier agencies for conveying all their parcels; the delivery services are very fast and reliable. This service brings the parcel to you within 10-12 business days after you order from us. To track the progress of your order, you can simply type the Order ID and the email address you used to place the order.

Refund / Replacement

All approved returns are refunded/replaced after products get to our warehouse and have gone through some tests. This should take about a week to fifteen business days approximately. If the return is because of size, we will exchange the piece of clothing with the size that you require, or we will refund the account if the piece of clothing is faulty.

For COD Orders: 

We shall return the payment to the bank account details you provided within 10-15 working days. Customers are also required to forward a canceled cheque to support the bank details used for the reimbursement. This is required in order to verify the bank details. Should a cheque be canceled in a particular month, the reimbursement process will be deemed partial if the cheque is not surrendered. 

Where the orders are prepaid we shall return the source account within 15 business days.
